What We Offer

• Local Expertise: Our drivers are deeply familiar with the layouts and specialized entrances of the Cleveland Clinic, UH, and MetroHealth campuses.
• Door-Through-Door Care: We provide the "extra hand" needed to navigate from your residence into the clinic, ensuring a safe hand-off to medical staff.
• Medicaid & Insurance Support: We coordinate with the Cuyahoga County Department of Job and Family Services (CDJFS) and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) for billing.

Same-Day Availability: While 48-hour notice is preferred, we offer "best effort" same-day service within Cleveland and inner suburbs.

Dialysis Transportation

Three times a week, every week—dialysis patients need absolute reliability. We provide dedicated transportation to Cleveland dialysis centers with drivers who understand treatment schedules.

What makes our dialysis service different: We monitor your treatment schedule, arrive 15 minutes early, and coordinate with your clinic for any timing changes. Our drivers know which entrance to use and where to wait during your session.

Wheelchair-Accessible Transport

All our wheelchair vehicles feature hydraulic lifts, secure tie-down systems, and climate control. We accommodate both manual and power wheelchairs up to 600 pounds.

Your safety matters. Every wheelchair is secured using a four-point tie-down system that meets federal DOT standards. Our drivers complete monthly safety certifications.

Stretcher and Gurney Service

For patients who cannot sit upright, we operate ambulette vehicles with secure stretcher mounts. These rides include a care attendant who monitors your comfort throughout the trip.

Medical Appointment Rides

From specialists at Cleveland Clinic to routine visits with your primary care doctor, we handle all non-emergency medical transportation. We serve major healthcare facilities including:

Hospital Discharge Transportation

Leaving the hospital requires careful coordination. We work directly with discharge planners to ensure you have a ride home when you're ready. Our drivers assist you from your hospital room to your front door.
